- “David, first and foremost, we want to express our deep gratitude for your participation in ‘Lotus’. How do you feel about this event and what do you hope the audience takes away from your involvement?”
I am humbled to participate and contribute to Lotus. I hope the audience experiences my technique live.
2. Your art is renowned for its intensity and vivid color interplays. Where do you draw inspiration for your works, and how do you select the subjects of your paintings?”
I draw inspiration from my reciprocal relationships, I select my subjects from my travels around the world.
3. “Every artist has a unique process in bringing their visions to life. Can you share a bit about your creative process, from the initial spark to the final masterpiece?”
My creative process is a feeling and an idea that happens in that moment in time.
4. “Over the years, you’ve been involved in numerous collaborations and projects. Are there any upcoming collaborations or ventures you’re particularly excited about and would like to share with us?”
The upcoming collaborations and ventures include an Amazon TV program featuring the life of an artist, helping multiple charities and living the life style with billionaire art collectors, painting live at their homes…. Stay tune…
5. “Art continually evolves, and every artist contributes to the cultural landscape. In your view, what role does your art play in the broader scope of contemporary art, and what are your aspirations for the future?”
My art continues since 2007 to helping children and women charities by auctioning my art. For the future I’m opening the Banegas Art Center to help with art therapy for the less fortunate including veterans, autistic children, domestic abuse victims!!!
